CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for the funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.

PAYMENT POLICY

If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. If you are paying by cash, you will be required to provide the full amount of your stay plus a 200 CAD security deposit.

For third-party payments (i.e., a non-guest prepaying a guest’s charges), please contact the hotel for a credit card authorization form that must be completed by the credit card holder. Forms must be received at least 72 hours before arrival. Authorizations received within 72 hours of arrival will not be accepted.
